I don’t even know where or how to begin… 1st I had the BEST and EASIEST Experience buying an American vehicle, not to talk about a vehicle that’s suppose to be a Limited Edition. From the moment I called, Scott Butcher picked up the phone, answered all my questions and took my deposit over the phone. For context, this was my 5th Dodge dealership I was dealing with. 2 of them I had put a deposit on a similar car and one said the next day it was already sold, while another said, oh, there’s a $25k markup on the vehicle (while I was driving to see it). The other 2, one couldn’t get me a car and the other also wanted $25k markup on an incoming car. So from the parking lot of the 4th dealership I started making calls, and that’s how I found Scott and the Demeyere dealership. He told me, this is a small town dealership, they don’t play games like others (in the GTA) and he was a man of his words. He sent me a bill of sale on a Saturday, at MSRP, removed all the little expenses other dealerships added on their bill (eg $200 for $80 wheel locks). On Monday I went to do paperwork and Tuesday picked up the car. I’d like to give a special shout out to Finance guy Blair, no pressure and he wanted to make sure I had the right protection and Geoff the Manager who helped Scott make sure the deal went thru! This is my first North American car, and I was going to give up after the experiences with the other Dodge dealerships, but I’m happy I met Scott and he made the drive out to get the car worth everything. No Games, No Stories, No Drama! If you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or RAM Vehicle, I would ONLY recommend Demeyere and HIGHLY recommend you reach out to Scott.
